Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa SMA Negeri di kota Palembang dan Implikasinya terhadap SCP dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket melalui google form kepada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri di kota Palembang. Responden yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 608 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 64,2% siswa tidak mengetahui isi dari SCP, sebanyak 58,4% siswa menyatakan tidak setuju jika mereka pernah mendengar SCP. Namun jika dilihat dari pernyataan lainnya, sebanyak 69,8% siswa setuju bahwa mereka akan mempelajari SCP sebagai jenis dari puisi lama, sebanyak 80,6% siswa merasa perlu mempelajari SCP dalam proses pembelajaran, dan sebanyak 80,2% siswa menyatakan setuju untuk menyebarluaskan SCP. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa walaupun jawaban dari pernyataan siswa SMA Negeri di kota Palembang sebelumnya tidak mengetahui mengenai SCP tetapi mereka memiliki kemauan dan semangat yang tinggi untuk mempelajari SCP. Kata kunci: persepsi, siswa, SCP Abstract This research aims to describe the perceptions of public high school students in the city of Palembang and their implications for SCP in Indonesian language learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design. Data were collected using a questionnaire via Google Form for grade XIstudents of State High Schools in the city of Palembang. The respondents obtained in this research were 608 students. The results of this research showed that as many as 64.2% of students did not know the contents of SCP, as many as 58.4% of students stated that they did not agree if they had heard of SCP. However, if we look at other statements, as many as 69.8% of students agreed that they would study SCP as a type of old poetry, as many as 80.6% of students felt they needed to study SCP in the learning process, and as many as 80.2% of students said they agreed to disseminate it. SCP. This proves that even though the answer to the statement of State High School students in the city of Palembang previously did not know about SCP, they had a high willingness and enthusiasm to learn SCP.
