Abstract

ABSTRAK RIZA PUTRIANI, Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim, Kompetensi, Pelatihan, dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Sumatera Bagian Timur. (Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Hj. Nina Fitriana, S.E.,M.Si dan Ibu Yun Suprani, S.E.,M.Si). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh kerjasama tim, kompetensi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Sumatera Bagian Timur. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel random. Sampel random yaitu dimana peneliti memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap anggota populasi (pegawai) untuk dipilih menjadi sampel yang dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu sendiri. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Teknik analis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, koefesien kolerasi, koefesien determinasi, uji simultan (F) dan uji parsial (t) dengan menggunakan SPSS 23.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisa terhadap uji F maka diperoleh nilai signifikan F (0.000<0,05) sehingga variabel kerjasama tim, kompetensi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan uji t maka diperoleh secara parsial dari hasil variabel kerjasama tim(X1) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel kompetensi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel pelatihan (X3) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan variabel pengembangan karir (X4) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefesien determinasi atau adjusted R square (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0.607. variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kerjasama tim, kompetensi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir yang diperoleh 39,3%, dapat dilihat dari faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This research aims to determine the influence of teamwork, competency, training and career development on employee performance at the Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in Eastern Sumatra. Determination of the sample in this study used a random sampling technique. A random sample is where the researcher provides an equal opportunity for each member of the population (employee) to be selected as a random sample without paying attention to the strata in the population itself. The type of data used is primary data using a questionnaire. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simultaneous test (F) and partial test (t) using SPSS 23.0. Based on the results of the analysis of the F test, a significant F value was obtained (0.000<0.05) so that the variables of teamwork, competency, training and career development simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the t test was obtained partially from the results of the collaboration variable. team (X1) influences employee performance, competency variables (X2) influence employee performance, training variables (X3) influence employee performance, and career development variables (X4) influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination or adjusted R square (R2) obtained was 0.607. Employee performance variables can be explained by the variables teamwork, competency, training and career development which were obtained at 39.3%, which can be seen from other factors not examined in this research.
