Abstract

ABSTRAK RIZKY SAPUTRA. “PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, PROMOSI JABATAN DAN KOMUNIKASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT.SEMANGAT CIPTA GRAHA PALEMBANG” (dibawah bimbingan Bapak Syaiful Sahri, SE., M.Si dan Ibu Nyayu Khairani Putri, SE., M.Si) Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Semangat Cipta Graha palembang, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan, promosi jabatan dan komunikasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Semangat Cipta Graha sebanyak 54 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program komputer Stastical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25.0 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan, promosi jabatan dan komunikasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Semangat Cipta Graha Palembang dengan signifikan F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 8.347 + 0,947X1 – 0,752X2 + 0,630X3 + e. Variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig t 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig t 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel komunikasi kerja dengan nilai sig t 0,000 < 0,05. SPIRIT OF CIPTA GRAHA PALEMBANG" (under the guidance of Mr. Syaiful Sahri, SE., M.Si and Mrs. Nyayu Khairani Putri, SE., M.Si) This research was conducted at PT. The spirit of Cipta Graha Palembang, which aims to find out how much influence leadership, promotion and work communication have on employee performance. The sample in this study was employees of PT. The spirit of Cipta Graha as many as 54 people. The method used is simple random sampling which is processed using the help of the Stastical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 25.0 The results showed that there was an influence of leadership, promotion and work communication on employee performance at PT.
