Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : dilihat dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = (-0.813) + 0.874 + 0.733 + (-0.921) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return On Investment (ROI) secara simultan dapat meningkatkan harga saham perusahaan pada perusahaan Food And Beverage. Terbukti dari hasil analistis statistics yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R square (R2) sebesar 0.282 (8%) angka tersebut menggambarkan bahwa presentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return On Investment (ROI) terhadap variabel dependen Stock Price (Harga Saham) sebesar 28.2% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 71.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return On Investment (ROI) secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Stock Price (Harga Saham) pada Perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan nilai sig F (0,008) < 0,05. Hasil uji parsial juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) mempengaruhi Harga Saham perusahaan ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig t (0,004) < α (0,05), variabel Net Profit Margin (NPM) mempengaruhi Harga Saham perusahaan ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig t (0,038) < α (0,05). Dan variabel Return On Investment (ROI) mempengaruhi Harga Saham perusahaan ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig t (0,011) < α (0,05). Kata Kunci : Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI) dan Stock Price (Harga Saham).
