Abstract

Muhammad Iman Ismail, The Influence of Work Stress, Work Discipline, and Teamwork on Civil Service Police Unit (POL PP) Employees of South Sumatra Province (Under the guidance of Mrs. Dr. M. Ima Andriyani, S.E, M.Si and Mrs. Dian Septianti, SE.,MM) The purpose of this study was to determine whether work stress, work discipline, and teamwork affect employee performance at (POL PP) of South Sumatra Province. The sample in this study was 71 respondents of Sat-POL PP officers of South Sumatra Province. The data analysis technique in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Work Stress, Work Discipline, and Teamwork affect the Performance of Civil Service Police Unit (POL PP) Employees of South Sumatra Province. Work Stress does not affect the Performance of Civil Service Police Unit (POL PP) Employees of South Sumatra Province. Work Discipline affects the Performance of Civil Service Police Unit (POL PP) Employees of South Sumatra Province. Teamwork has an effect on the Performance of Civil Service Police Unit (POL PP) Employees of South Sumatra Province. It is recommended for further researchers to use this study as a literature review or reference before conducting research by adding the number of samples or examining other independent variables.
