Abstract

ABSTRAK MURTI. Pengaruh Kompetensi Sdm, Motivasi Kerja, dan Gaji Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang (Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Hj.Nina Fitriana, SE.M.Si dan bapak Muhammad Said, SE.M.Si) Pada dasarnya, skripsi ini membahas pengaruh kompetensi Sdm, Motivasi kerja, dan Gaji terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, serta membuktikan pengaruh kompetensi Sdm, Motivasi Kerja, dan gaji terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 532 karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 84 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling. Pengujian data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, koefisien korelasi, dan determinasi menggunakan software SPSS 26 dengan analisis utama regresi berganda. Berdasarkan Hasil uji F SPSS 26 menunjukkan sig. 0,000 < 0,05, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,068 + 0,695 X1 + 0,303 X2 + 0,425 X3.. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sdm berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sig. 0,001 > 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan nilai sig. 0,003 > 0,05 dan gaji berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig. 0,009 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R²) 0,724 berarti variabel independen memengaruhi 72,4% variabel dependen, sisanya 27,6% oleh faktor lain di luar model. The Influence of Human Resource Competence, Work Motivation, and Salary on Employee Performance at PT CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang (Under the guidance of Mrs. Hj. Nina Fitriana, SE.M.Si and Mr. Muhammad Said, SE.M.Si) This thesis essentially examines the influence of HR competency, work motivation, and salary on employee performance at PT CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. This study uses a quantitative method aimed at identifying, analyzing, and proving the influence of HR competency, work motivation, and salary on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. The study population consisted of 532 employees, with a sample of 84 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and random sampling techniques. Data testing was conducted through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis tests, correlation coefficients, and determination using SPSS 26 software with multiple regression as the main analysis. Based on the SPSS 26 F-test results, the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, with a regression equation of Y = 9.068 + 0.695 X1 + 0.303 X2 + 0.425 X3. The t-test results indicate that HR competency has a significant positive effect on employee performance (significance). 0.001 > 0.05. Work motivation has a significant positive effect with a sig. 0.003 > 0.05, and salary has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.009 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.724 means the independent variable influences 72.4% of the dependent variable, with the remaining 27.6% influenced by factors outside the model.
