Abstract

ABSTRAK PEDRO GEOFANI, Pengaruh Kepercayaan,Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Persepsi Tingkat Bunga Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Layanan Pembiayaan Pada Pt Sinar Mas Finance Cabang Basuki Rahmat Palembang (dibawah bimbingan ibu Dr. Yuni Adinda Putri, SE, M.Si dan ibu Hj. Noviarni, SE,M.Si) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, kualitas pelayanan, dan persepsi tingkat bunga terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang menggunakan layanan perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan. Sementara itu, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi tingkat bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan. Secara simultan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, kualitas pelayanan, dan persepsi tingkat bunga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan melalui pelayanan yang cepat, tepat, ramah, serta memberikan informasi yang jelas kepada pengguna. Selain itu, perusahaan perlu menetapkan tingkat bunga yang kompetitif dan transparan agar dapat meningkatkan keputusan pengguna dalam menggunakan layanan yang ditawarkan. ABSTRACT PEDRO GEOFANI, The Influence of Trust, Service Quality and Interest Rate Perception on the Decision to Use Financing Services at PT Sinar Mas Finance, Basuki Rahmat Palembang Branch (under the guidance of Dr. Yuni Adinda Putri, SE, M.Si and Hj. Noviarni, SE, M.Si) This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, service quality, and interest rate perception on service usage decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents who use the company's services. The data analysis methods employed include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, partial testing (t-test), and simultaneous testing (F-test). The results of this study indicate that partially, trust does not have a significant effect on service usage decisions. Meanwhile, service quality and interest rate perception have a significant effect on service usage decisions. Simultaneously, the results indicate that trust, service quality, and interest rate perception collectively have a significant effect on service usage decisions. Based on these findings, the company is recommended to continuously improve service quality by providing fast, accurate, and friendly services, as well as clear information to users. Furthermore, the company should establish competitive and transparent interest rates to enhance users’ decisions to utilize the services offered.
