Abstract

ABSTRAK Anggi Maretha Sirait. Pengaruh Nilai Taksiran dan Biaya Administrasi Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dalam Menggunakan Jasa Gadai pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Kenten Kota Palembang (Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Rizal Effendi, SE, M.Si dan Ibu Shelly Farida Tobing, SE, M.Si, Ak). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai taksiran dan biaya administrasi terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan jasa gadai pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Kenten Kota Palembang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pertumbuhan jumlah transaksi Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) yang terus meningkat dari 89 transaksi pada tahun 2023 menjadi 573 transaksi pada tahun 2025, serta adanya research gap dalam literatur terkait pengaruh nilai taksiran dan biaya administrasi terhadap keputusan nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian berjumlah 884 nasabah dan sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai taksiran dan biaya administrasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan jasa gadai pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Kenten Kota Palembang, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 2700,098 dan signifikansi 0,000. (2) Nilai taksiran secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,572 dan signifikansi 0,000. (3) Biaya administrasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,574 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,984 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan variasi keputusan nasabah sebesar 98,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 1,6% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. The Influence of Estimated Value and Administrative costs on Customer’s Decisions to use Pawn Services at PT Pegadaian, Kenten Branch, Palembang City (Under the guidance of Mr. Rizal Effendi, SE, M.Si and Mrs. Shelly Farida Tobing, SE, M.Si, Ak). This study aims to analyze the influence of appraisal value and administrative costs on customer decisions in using pawn services at PT Pegadaian Kenten Branch, Palembang City, both partially and simultaneously. This study is motivated by the growth in the number of Secure Fast Credit (KCA) transactions which continues to increase from 89 transactions in 2023 to 573 transactions in 2025, as well as the existence of a research gap in the literature regarding the influence of appraisal value and administrative costs on customer decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method with a research population of 884 customers and a sample of 90 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study show that: (1) The appraisal value and administrative costs simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in using pawn services at PT Pegadaian Kenten Branch, Palembang City, with a calculated F value of 2700.098 and a significance of 0.000. (2) The estimated value partially has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions, with a calculated t value of 7.572 and a significance of 0.000. (3) Administrative costs partially have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions, with a calculated t value of 4.574 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.984 indicates that the two independent variables are able to explain 98.4% of the variation in customer decisions, while the remaining 1.6% is explained by other factors outside the research model.
