Abstract
M. Ghathfan Lie. 2026. Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Serta Dampaknya Pada Loyalitas Karyawan Amaze Skincare Ultima. Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Tridinanti. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Djatmiko Noviantoro, S.E., M.Si. dan Yunidar Erlina, S.E., M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Serta Dampaknya pada Loyalitas Karyawan Amaze Skincare Ultima. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis data penelitian yang dilakukan kepada karyawan Amaze Skincare Ultima yaitu terdapat pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Disiplin Kerja karyawan dengan original sample sebesar (0,903) dan t statistic sebesar 44,693 > 1,96 atau P-value 0.000 < 0.005. Sedangkan Kompensasi juga berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan dengan original sample sebesar (0,638) dan t statistic sebesar 5,520 > 1,96 atau P-value 0.000 < 0.005. Dan terdapat pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Loyalitas karyawan dengan original sample sebesar (0,327) dan t statistic sebesar 2,791 >1,96 atau P-value 0,005< 0.005. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai acuan oleh manajemen dalam menetukan skala prioritas kebijakan apa yang harus dilakukan dalam meningkatkan Loyalitas karyawan Amaze Skincare Ultima. Data analysis utilized descriptive analysis with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) software. The results of the data analysis conducted on Amaze Skincare Ultima employees indicate that compensation has an effect on employee work discipline, with an original sample value of (0.903) and a t-statistic of 44.693 > 1.96, or a P-value of 0.000 < 0.005. Compensation also influences employee loyalty, with an original sample of (0.638) and a t-statistic of 5.520 > 1.96, or a P-value of 0.000 < 0.005. Work discipline also has an effect on employee loyalty, with an original sample of (0.327) and a t-statistic of 2.791 > 1.96, or a P-value of 0.005 < 0.005. The results of this study can serve as a reference for management in determining the priority of policies to be implemented to improve employee loyalty at Amaze Skincare Ultima.
