Abstract

ABSTRAK Wahyu Pangestu. 2026. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komunikasi Internal, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Farmers Market PTC Mall Palembang. Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Tridinanti. Dibimbing oleh Ibu Dr. Yolanda Veybitha, S.E., M.Si. dan Bapak Rudy Chairudin, S.E., M.P. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi internal, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Farmers Market PTC Mall Palembang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Farmers Market PTC Mall Palembang yang berjumlah 65 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi internal, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Farmers Market PTC Mall Palembang. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi internal yang efektif, serta kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, internal communication, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Farmers Market PTC Mall Palembang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study was all 65 employees of Farmers Market PTC Mall Palembang. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, so the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, transformational leadership, internal communication, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Farmers Market PTC Mall Palembang. Therefore, improving the quality of transformational leadership, effective internal communication, and high job satisfaction can improve employee performance in achieving company goals.
