Abstract
ABSTRAK NOVRI ANSYAH. Analisis Penggunaan Faktor Produksi pada Usahatani Padi pinggiran kota diKecamatan Kertapati Kelurahan KeramasanKota Palembang. Pembimbing Gusti Fitriyana, S.P, M.Si dan Ir. Ursula Damayanti, MP. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi seperti luas lahan, benih, pupuk, pestisida dan tenaga kerja pada usahatani padi. (2) Mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh pada produksi padi. (3) Mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan yang diterima petani dari usahatani padi di pinggiran Kota Palembang. Hasil Penelitian Penggunaan faktor produksi pada usahatani padi di wilayah penelitian meliputi luas lahan, benih, pupuk, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja. Rata-rata luas lahan yang dikelola petani sekitar 0,9 hektar dengan penggunaan benih sekitar 25,5 kg/ha kurang dari anjuran penggunaan benih, pupuk yang digunakan rata-rata 261,5 Kg/Ha kurang dari anjuran penggunaan pupuk, serta penggunaan pestisida rata-rata 1,9 Liter/Ha. Tenaga kerja yang digunakan mulai dari pengolahan lahan hingga panen dengan rata-rata 32,4 HOK. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, bahwa secara simultan atau Bersama-sama variabel luas lahan, benih, pupuk, pestisida dn tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi padi, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi uji F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial atau masing-masing seluruh variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan, dimana luas lahan, benih, pupuk dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi, sedangkan pestisida berpengaruh negatif. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi produksi padi adalah luas lahan dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,510. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,946 menunjukkan bahwa variasi produksi padi dapat dijelaskan oleh kelima variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model. Hipotesis diterima untuk faktor-faktor produksi luas lahan, benih, pupuk dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil produksi padi sementara hipotesis ditolak untuk pestisida karena berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi. Rata-rata total biaya produksi sebesar Rp 7.852.703,-/Ha/Mt dan penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp19.370.774,-/Ha/Mt, maka pendapatan yang diperoleh petani rata-rata Rp 11.519.363,- /Ha/Mt. Analysis of Production Factor Usage in Rice Farming on the Outskirts of Palembang City (Keramasan Urban Village, Kertapati District). Supervisors: Gusti Fitriyana, S.P., M.Si. and Ir. Ursula Damayanti, M.P. This study aims to: (1) Determine the usage of production factors—such as land area, seeds, fertilizer, pesticides, and labor—in rice farming; (2) Identify the factors influencing rice production; and (3) Determine the income received by farmers from rice farming on the outskirts of Palembang City. The study found that the production factors utilized in the research area included land area, seeds, fertilizer, pesticides, and labor. The average land area managed by farmers was approximately 0.9 hectares. Seed usage averaged 25.5 kg/ha (below the recommended rate), fertilizer usage averaged 261.5 kg/ha (below the recommended rate), and pesticide usage averaged 1.9 liters/ha. Labor input, ranging from land preparation to harvesting, averaged 32.4 Man-Days (HOK). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the variables of land area, seeds, fertilizer, pesticides, and labor simultaneously (collectively) had a significant effect on rice production, as indicated by an F-test significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Individually (partially), all these variables also had a significant effect; land area, seeds, fertilizer, and labor positively influenced production, whereas pesticides had a negative effect. The most dominant variable influencing rice production was land area, with a regression coefficient of 0.510. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.946 indicates that the variation in rice production can be explained by these five variables, while the remainder is influenced by factors outside the model. The hypothesis was accepted for the production factors of land area, seeds, fertilizer, and labor, indicating a positive and significant effect on rice production; conversely, the hypothesis was rejected for pesticides, as they showed a negative and significant effect on rice production. The average total production cost was Rp 7,852,703/ha/season, and average revenue was Rp 19,370,774/ha/season, resulting in an average farmer income of Rp 11,519,363/ha/season.
