Abstract

ABSTRAK ATIKA SURI. Analisis Nilai Tambah dan Pendapatan Kunyit Menjadi Jamu Di Kelurahan 20 Ilir II Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Dibimbing oleh Gusti Fitriyana S.P.,M.Si dan Sri Rahayu Endang Lestari S.P.,M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai tambah yang di hasilkan dari proses pengolahan kunyit menjadi jamu kunyit dan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan jamu kunyit yang diperoleh dari Usaha Industri Rumah Tangga Jamu Budhe di Kelurahan 20 Ilir II Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tambah pengolahan kunyit menjadi jamu pada kemasan 600 ml sebesar Rp168.739/kg dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 88%, sedangkan pada kemasan 1.200 ml diperoleh nilai tambah sebesar Rp192.257/kg dengan rasio nilai tambah 89% yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua produk mampu memberikan nilai tambah terhadap bahan baku kunyit. Besarnya pendapatan setiap kemasan yang diterima dalam 1 (satu) bulan produksi (28 kali proses produksi per jenis kemasan jamu kunyit) yaitu kemasan botol 600 ml sebesar Rp7.443.171, dan untuk kemasan botol 1.200 ml yaitu Rp5.075.355. Total pendapatan yang diterima oleh Jamu Budhe per bulan untuk kedua kemasan tersebut sebesar Rp12.518.526. This research aims to find out the amount of added value generated from the process of processing turmeric into turmeric herbal medicine and to find out how much income from turmeric herbal medicine is earned by the Budhe Home Industry Herbal Business in the 20 Ilir II Village, Kemuning District, Palembang City. The research results show that the added value of processing turmeric into jamu in 600 ml packaging is Rp168,739/kg with an added value ratio of 88%, while in 1,200 ml packaging, the added value is Rp192,257/kg with an added value ratio of 89%, indicating that both products are able to provide added value to turmeric raw materials. The revenue per packaging received in 1 (one) month of production (28 production processes per type of turmeric jamu packaging) is Rp7.443.171 for the 600 ml bottle, and Rp5.075.355 for the 1,200 ml bottle.
