Abstract

Abstrak ERA WATI. Analisis Pendapatan Usaha Pembibitan Jamur Tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) di Kelurahan Sukajaya Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang. Dibimbing oleh Gusti Fitriyana, S.P, M.Si dan Ir. Eka Novi Aktiva, M.M. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya produksi, pendapatan, dan tingkat keuntungan usaha pembibitan jamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) di Kelurahan Sukajaya Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai Februari 2026 dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh terhadap dua pelaku usaha pembibitan jamur tiram. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis biaya produksi, analisis pendapatan, dan analisis Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) untuk mengetahui tingkat keuntungan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya produksi usaha pembibitan jamur tiram sebesar Rp23.712.914 per bulan. Rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp3.842.086 per bulan. Hasil rata-rata R/C Ratio menunjukkan nilai sebesar 1,15. Nilai R/C Ratio > 1 menunjukkan bahwa usaha pembibitan jamur tiram di Kelurahan Sukajaya Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang menguntungkan untuk terus diusahakan. Income Analysis of Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) Spawn Production Business in Sukajaya Village, Sukarami District, Palembang City. Supervised by Gusti Fitriyana, S.P, M.Si and Ir. This study aimed to determine the production costs, income, and profitability of the oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) spawn production business in Sukajaya Village, Sukarami District, Palembang City. The research was conducted from January to February 2026 using a survey method. The samples were selected using the saturated sampling method involving two oyster mushroom spawn producers. The data were analyzed using production cost analysis, income analysis, and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) analysis to determine the profitability of the business. The results showed that the average production cost of the oyster mushroom spawn production business was Rp 23,799,108 per month. The average income earned was Rp 3,755,892 per month. The average R/C Ratio was 1.15. An R/C Ratio greater than 1 indicates that the oyster mushroom spawn production business in Sukajaya Village, Sukarami District, Palembang City is profitable and feasible to continue.
