Abstract

Alat pengangkat dan pengangkut drum adalah alat yang di gunakan untuk proses pemindahan drum. Alat pengangkat dan pengangkut drum berkpasitas 220 Liter ini beroprasi dengan prinsip kerja secara manual dan hanya membutuhkan satu operator saja. Pembuatan alat ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan dalam proses pengangkatan dan pengankutan drum. Drum yang dapat diangkat dan diangkut memiliki kapasitas 220 Liter serta memiliki dimensi tinggi 93 cm dan diameter 58 cm. Proses pengangkatan dan pengangkutan drum adalah pada posisi horizontal. Hasil dari pengujian alat menunjukan bahwa alat mampu beroperasi dan mampu mengangkat drum berkapasitas 220 Liter. Analisa terhadap alat ini telah di lakukan yaitu pada posisi Normal , proses Pengangkatan, serta proses Pemindahan dan alat yang di rancang di nyatakan aman untuk di gunakan. Kata kunci : alat pengangkat dan pengangkut drum Drum lifting and transporting tools are tools used for the drum removal process. This 220 liter drum lifting and transporting device operates on a manual basis and only requires one operator. The manufacture of this tool aims to facilitate the process of lifting and carrying the drum. The drum that can be lifted and transported has a capacity of 220 liters and has dimensions of 93 cm high and 58 cm in diameter. The process of lifting and transporting the drum is in a horizontal position. The results of the testing show that the tool is able to operate and can lift a drum with a capacity of 220 liters. Analysis of this tool has been carried out, namely in the Normal position, the lifting process, as well as the transfer process and the designed tool is declared safe to use.
