Abstract

ABSTRAK Alat pemotong kerupuk manual adalah suatu alat tepat guna yang dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah proses pemotongan. Pada alat pemotong kerupuk tersebut hasil pemotongannya seragam. Desain alat pemotong secara manual menggunakan mata pisau seling sehingga mampu memotong 1 lenjer kerupuk sekali potong, sehingga lebih efektif dari segi keseragaman tebal dan lebih efisien dari segi waktu. Hasil pengujian alat pemotong lontong kerupuk secara manual dilakukan pada kerupuk dengan berat 5,6 ons, panjang 16 cm dan berdiameter 30 mm membutuhkan waktu 85 detik dengan ketebalan kerupuk yang terpotong sesuai apa yang dibutuhkan.
