Abstract

ABSTRAK Semakin banyak presentase kawasan yang dibangun perumahan, penggunaan lahan juga semakin meningkat dan daerah hijau/daerah terbuka yang berfungsi untuk menahan sementara waktu dan meresapkan air hujan ke dalam tanah semakin berkurang sehinga dapat mengakibatkan genangan dan banjir. Pembangunan perumahan Bhayangkara Praja Sriwijaya Land dikawasan kecamatan Ilir Barat kota Palembang membuka lahan seluas 46,1879 ha, dengan jumlah perumahan yang direncanakan dibangun sebanyak 2761 unit, dengan wilayah komersial 20,2677 ha. Lokasi Perumahan Bhayangkara Praja Sriwijaya Land terletak di daerah aliran sungai (DAS) Lambidaro. Dengan banyaknya lahan hijau yang dibuka maka perlu dibuat perencanaan yang baik terhadap masalah drainase. Data yang diperlukan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer berupa pengukuran kemiringan lahan per STA dan data sekunder yang terdiri dari Data curah hujan 10 tahun, Peta master plan, Peta DAS, dan Peta Topografi. Karena itu dilakukan perhitungan debit puncak untuk merencanakan dimensi saluran tersier dan rancangan jaringan drainase, serta simulasi menggunakan program HEC-RAS. Hasil Perhitungan debit puncak (Qp) menggunakan metode rasional untuk periode ulang 10 tahun sebesar 0,95 m3/dtk. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan dimensi saluran serta rancangan jaringan drainase. Jaringan drainase terdiri dari tiga blok yaitu blok A, blok B, dan blok C, yang berupa saluran tersier, saluran direncanakan berpenampang persegi dengan dimensi saluran maksimal terdapat pada blok C8 yaitu tinggi dimensi saluran adalah 1,5 m, lebar saluran adalah 1,5 m, dan tinggi jagaan(f) adalah 0,2 m. Dari simulasi menggunakan program HEC-RAS 5.0.7 terlihat bahwa dengan dimensi rancangan drainase tidak terjadi limpasan disepanjang saluran tersier. Kata Kunci : Debit puncak, dimensi saluran, jaringan drainase, HEC-RAS. So that it can cause puddles and flooding. The construction of the Bhayangkara Praja Sriwijaya Land housing in kecamatan Ilir Barat I of Palembang city are opened a land area of 46.1879 ha, with a total of 2761 housing units planned to be built, and a commercial area of 20.2677 ha. Location Bhayangkara Praja Sriwijaya Land Housing is located in the Lambidaro watershed. With so much green land cleared, it is necessary to make a good plan of drainage so it can solve the drainage problems. The data needed for this study is consists of primary data and secondary data. The primary data in the form of measuring the slope of the land for each station and secondary data consisting of Rainfall data for 10 years, Master plan maps, Watershed maps, and Topographic maps. Therefore, the calculation of the peak discharge is carried out to plan the dimensions of the tertiary channel and drainage network design, as well as the simulation using the HEC-RAS program. The results of the calculation of the peak discharge (Qp) using the rational method for a 10-year return period is 0.95 m3 / s. Furthermore, the calculation of the dimensions of the channel and drainage network design is carried out. The drainage network consists of three blocks, namely block A, block B, and block C. For the tertiary channels, the channel is planned to have a square section with the maximum channel dimensions found in block C number 8, namely the height of the channel dimensions is 1.5 m, the width of the channel is 1.5 m, and freeboard height (f) is 0.2 m. From the simulation using the HEC-RAS 5.0.7 program, it can be seen that with the dimensions of the drainage design there is no run off along the tertiary channel.
