Abstract
ABSTRAK Overall Eqipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan suatu metode pengukuran suatu kinerja mesin yang mengevaluasi efektivitas dalam sebuah sistem produksi. OEE terdiri dari 3 rasio utama yaitu Availability, Performance dan Rate of Quality Product. Metode OEE merupakan cara terbaik untuk mengidentifikasi performansi proses dan mencari bagian mana yang menjadi titik tertinggi dan rendahnya efektivitas pada mesin. PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo T,bk merupakan suatu perusahaan industri yang bergerak dalam produksi roti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai OEE pada mesin sehingga dapat meminimalisir Six Big Losses . Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai rata-rata OEE pada bulan Januari 2022 adalah 82,8 % akan tetapi masih terdapat nilai OEE dibawah standar dengan nilai terendah hanya 66,2 % dan tertingginya 91,5 % kondisi ini menggambarkan ketidakstabilan proses produksi. Sedangkan untuk standar yang masuk toleransi perusahaan adalah 80 % dan standar OEE internasional adalah 85% sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan. Analisa Six Big Losses menunjukan Set up and Adjusment dan Reduced speed loss memiliki andil terbesar dalam rendahnya nilai OEE. Kata kunci : Overall Eqipment Effectiveness, Six Big Losses, Efektivitas pada mesin, Proses produksi ABSTRACT Overall Eqipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a method of measurement of a machine performance that evaluates effectiveness in a production system. OEE consists of 3 main ratios namely Availability, Performance and Rate of Quality Product. The OEE method is the best way to identify the performance of the process and find which parts are the highest point and low effectiveness of the machine. PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo T, BK is an industrial company engaged in bread production. This study aims to determine the value of OEE in the engine so that it can minimize Six Big Losses. The results showed that the average value of OEE in January 2022 was 82.8 % but there was still an OEE value below the standard with the lowest value of only 66.2 % and the highest 91.5 % of this condition illustrates the instability of the production process. As for the standard that is included in the company's tolerance is 80 % and the international OEE standard is 85 %, so there needs to be improvements. Six Big Losses analysis shows set up and adjusment and reduced speed loss has the largest share in the low value of OEE.
