Abstract
ABSTRAK Siti Mulyani, Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Lingkungan kerja, Disiplin kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kecamaatn Ilir Timur I palembang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) menegtahui pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, disipilin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Ilir Timur I palembang (2) pengaruh Beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, mengetahui (3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, mengetahui (4) pengaruh dispilin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kecamatan Ilir Timur I palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, disipilin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian diperoleh F hitung sebesar 47,868 dengan signifikan 0,000. (2) Beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial diperoleh t hitung beban kerja sebesar -7,367 dengan signifikan 0,000. (3) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial diperoleh t hitung beban kerja sebesar 2,125 dengan signifikan 0,000. (4) dispilin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai 0,547 dengan signifikan 0,000. Kata kunci : Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used in research to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) workload, work environment, work discipline on employee performance. This is evidenced by the test results obtained F count of 47.868 with a significance of 0.000. (2) workload on employee performance. Based on the results of the partial test, it was obtained that the t workload was -7.367 with a significance of 0.000. (3) work environment on employee performance.
