Abstract
[14/4 09.24] Desi sastika Sholekhah: ABSTRAK Pembangkit Listrik merupakan unit peralatan yang di gunakan untuk Membangkitkan energi listrik melalui proses tranformasi energi dengan berbagai tahapan proses pembangkitan. Pembangkit listrik tenaga gas Alsthom atlantique frame 5 PT. PLN (Persero) Sumatera selatan merupakan salah satu pembangkit listrik dengan menggunakan bahan bakar gas alam, unit pembangkit listrik tenaga gas alsthom atlantique frame 5 beroperasi secara kontinu dan peeker sehingga memerlukan performa mesin yang handal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui unjuk kerja sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga gas Alsthom atlantique frame 5 ketika kondisi operasi daya aktif 14 megawatt dan kondisi pada daya 18 megawatt, hasil perhitungan efisiensi siklus kondisi operasi 14 megawatt dan kondisi operasi 18 megawatt adalah 11,80 % sedangkan efisiensi siklus kondisi 14 megawatt terjadi kenaikan menjadi 17,10 %, nilai efisiensi kompresor pada 18 megawatt 96,04 % sedangkan efisiensi kompresor pada kondisi 14 megawatt menurun menjadi 77,95 %, nilai efisiensi turbin pada saat 18 megawatt 69,78 % sedangkan nilai efisiensi turbin pada kondisi 14 megawatt menurun menjadi 65,26 %. Penurunan ataupun kenaikan nilai efisiensi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti efektivitas pendingin, sudu/blade turbin, ruang bakar, kondisi kompresor, free filter, main filter, Kata Kunci : Turbin Gas, PLTG, Performa, kompresor,commissioning, free filter, main filter. [14/4 09.25] Desi sastika Sholekhah: ABSTRACT Power Plant is a unit of equipment used to generate electrical energy through the process of energy transformation with various stages of the generation process. Gas power plant Alsthom atlantique frame 5 PT. PLN (Persero) sumatera selatan is one of the power plants using natural gas fuel, the alsthom atlantique frame 5 gas power plant unit operates continuously and peeker so that it requires reliable engine performance. This study aims to determine the performance of the Alsthom atlantique frame 5 gas power plant system when the operating conditions 14 megawatt and the conditions at the time of 18 megawatt, the result of calculating the cycle efficiency of the current operating conditions and the initial commissioning is 11.80% while the cycle efficiency of the present condition increases to 17.10%, the compressor efficiency value at the time of commissioning is 96.04% while the compressor efficiency in the current condition decreases to 77.95 %, the turbine efficiency value at the time of commissioning was 69.78% while the turbine efficiency value in its current condition decreased to 65,26 %. The decrease or increase in efficiency value is influenced by several factors such as the effectiveness of the cooler, turbine blade, combustion chamber, compressor condition, free filter, main filter.
