Abstract

ABSTRAK VIVIN YULIA RAHMAN. NPM. 1901110227. Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja, Tunjangan Kerja, Dan Media Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT.Erafone Artha Retailindo Palembang. (Dibawah Bimbingan Ibu Agustina Marzuki, SE., M.Si dan Ibu Suharti,SE.MM) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja, Tunjangan Kerja, Dan Media Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Pt.Erafone Artha Retailindo Palembang. Pada penelitian ini jumlah populasi kurang dari 100, maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 43 orang. Dari hasil perhitungan uji multikolinearitas, variabel bebas menunjukan bahwa nilai VIF = 1,119, 2,002 dan 1,847 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 10, jika nilai VIF < 10, maka dapat disimpulkan data bebas dari gejala multikolinieritas. Berdasarkan hasil tabel uji autokorelasi diketahui untuk nilai DW = 1,635 selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan nilai tabel signifikansi 5% (0,05) dengan jumlah sampel 43 dan jumlah variabel independen 3 (K=3) sehingga didapatkan hasil dU dari tabel r = 1,3663. Nilai DW lebih besar dari batas dU dan kurang dari (3-dU) = 3- 1,3663 = 1,6337. Berdasarkan tabel diatas diperoleh angka R sebesar 0,869 dengan nilai interval koefisien yaitu 0,750 – 0,999 (Sangat Kuat). Dari ketiga variabel bebas terdapat adanya korelasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan artinya apabila variabel Fasilitas Kerja, Tunjangan Kerja dan Media Komunikasi meningkat maka akan meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan, begitupun pula sebaliknya, apabila variabel independen menurun maka Kinerja Karyawan juga akan menurun. The Effect of Work Facilities, Work Benefits, and Communication Media on Employee Performance at Pt.Erafone Artha Retailindo Palembang. (Under the Guidance of Mrs. Agustina Marzuki, SE., M.Si and Mrs. Suharti, SE.MM) This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, work benefits, and communication media on employee performance at Pt.Erafone Artha Retailindo Palembang. In this study, the population was less than 100, so the entire population was taken as a sample of 43 people. From the results of the multicollinearity test calculations, the independent variables show that the VIF value = 1.119, 2.002 and 1.847 where the value is smaller than 10, if the VIF value is <10, it can be concluded that the data is free from multicollinearity symptoms. Based on the results of the autocorrelation test table it is known that the value of DW = 1.635 is then compared with the value of the significance table of 5% (0.05) with a total sample of 43 and the number of independent variables 3 (K = 3) so that the dU result is obtained from table r = 1.3663. The DW value is greater than the dU limit and less than (3-dU) = 3- 1.3663 = 1.6337. Based on the table above, the R number is 0.869 with a coefficient interval value of 0.750 – 0.999 (Very Strong). Of the three independent variables, there is a correlation with Employee Performance, meaning that if the Work Facilities, Work Allowances and Communication Media variables increase, it will increase Employee Performance, and vice versa, if the independent variable decreases, Employee Performance will also decrease.
