Abstract

ABSTRAK sebagai alat pengolahan tanah, traktor tangan mempunyai daya adaptasi yang tinggi dengan kondisi alam Indonesia. ditinjau dari segi teknis, penggunaan cangkul serta garu untuk pengolahan tanah memberikan kapasitas kerja serta taraf kenyamanan kerja sangat rendah dibandingkan menggunakan traktor tangan Perancangan alat traktor tangan untuk pembuatan bedengan tanaman jagung penggerak motor bakar bensin ini di pakai untuk pembuatan bedengan ,motor bakar menjadi penggerak utama . Pembuatan alat traktor tangan ini melalui beberapa proses ,mulai dari pembuatan rangka pemilihan bahan untuk , roda ,poros serta singkal bantalan puli serta motor penggerak sehinga terbentuk alat traktor tangan menggunakan penggerak motor bakar bensin,menggunakan demikian terbentuklah sebuah alat traktor tangan untuk pembuatan bedengan tanaman jagung dengan penggerak motor bakar bensin. Alat traktor tangan yang sudah dibuat mempunyai tiga mode kedalaman pembajakan yang didapatkan, yakni menggunakan kedalaman rata-rata 0,05 m, 0,09m serta 0.15 m. kata kunci : traktor tangan pembuat bedengan tanaman jagung penggerak motor bakar bensin ABSTRACK As a land processing tool, hand tractors have high adaptability to Indonesia's natural conditions. From a technical point of view, the use of hoes and rakes for tilling the land provides a very low work capacity and level of work comfort compared to using a hand tractor. main . Making this hand tractor goes through several processes, starting from making the frame, selecting materials for the wheels, axle and pulley bearings and the driving motor so that a hand tractor using a petrol engine is formed, using this a hand tractor is formed for making corn planting beds. with a petrol motor drive. The hand tractor tool that has been made has three available plowing depth modes, namely using an average depth of 0.05 m, 0.09 m and 0.15 m.
