Abstract
ABSTRAK APRILIANDO PRATAMA. Respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L.) beras hitam terhadap pemberian cuka kayu dan pupuk bokashi dengan metode SRI (System of Rice Intensification). Dibimbing oleh ZULKARNAIN HUSNY dan RUARITA RAMADHALINA KAWATY. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan frekuensi penyemprotan cuka kayu dan takaran pupuk bokashi yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L.) beras hitam dengan metode SRI (System of Rice Intensification) dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Pakuan Baru Kecamatan Jambi Selatan Kota Jambi Provinsi Jambi pada bulan Mei 2019 sampai Oktober 2019. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode percobaan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (split plot) dengan 3 (tiga) taraf penyemprotan cuka kayu dan 3 (tiga) taraf pemberian pupuk bokashi, serta 3 (tiga) ulangan, setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 5 (lima) tanaman, maka jumlah tanaman yang diteliti sebanyak 135 tanaman. Jumlah sampel tiap satuan percobaan yaitu pada 3 (tiga) tanaman contoh. Faktor petak utama adalah A0 = Kontrol, A1 = penyemprotan 1 (satu) kali setiap minggu, A2 = penyemprotan 2 (dua) kali setiap minggu, faktor anak petak adalah B0 = Kontrol, B1 = 10 t/ha pupuk bokashi, B2 = 20 t/ha pupuk bokashi. Peubah yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah anakan (anakan), jumlah anakan produktif (anakan), umur berbunga (hst), umur panen (hst), panjang malai (cm), berat bulir per malai (g), persen gabah isi (%), berat gabah segar (g), berat gabah kering giling (g), berat gabah bernas (g), dan berat gabah hampa (g). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa frekuensi penyemprotan cuka kayu dan pemberian pupuk bokashi dengan berbagai takaran memberikan respon yang berbeda pada setiap peubah yang diamati. Pemberian cuka kayu dengan frekuensi A1 berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah anakan produktif, berat bulir per malai, berat 1000 butir gabah kering, panjang malai, berat gabah segar, berat gabah kering giling, berat gabah bernas, dan berat gabah hampa. Pemberian pupuk bokashi B1 berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah anakan produktif, berat bulir per malai, berat 1000 butir gabah kering, sedangkan pemberian pupuk bokashi B2 berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang malai, berat gabah segar, berat gabah kering giling, berat gabah bernas, dan berat gabah hampa. Interaksi perlakuan pemberian cuka kayu dan pupuk bokashi A1B1 berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah anakan produktif, berat bulir per malai, dan berat 1000 butir gabah kering, sedangkan perlakuan A1B2 berpengaruh nyata pada panjang malai, jumlah malai per rumpun, berat gabah segar, berat gabah kering giling, berat gabah bernas, dan berat gabah hampa. ABSTRACT APRILIANDO PRATAMA. Response of growth and yield of black rice (Oryza sativa L.) by the giving of wood vinegar and bokashi fertilizer using the SRI (System of Rice Intensification) method. Advised by ZULKARNAIN HUSNY and RUARITA RAMADHALINA KAWATY. This study aims to obtain the best frequency of spraying wood vinegar and bokashi fertilizer dosage on the growth and yield of black rice (Oryza sativa L.) with the SRI (System of Rice Intensification) method carried out in Pakuan Baru Village, Jambi Selatan District, Jambi City, Jambi Province in May 2019 to October 2019. The research design used was a split plot trial method with 3 (three) stages of wood vinegar spraying and 3 (three) levels of bokashi fertilizer, and 3 (three) replications, each experimental unit consisted of 5 (five) plants , then the number of plants studied was 135 plants. The number of samples for each experimental unit is in 3 (three) sample plants. The main plot factors are A0 = Control, A1 = spraying 1 (one) time each week, A2 = spraying 2 (two) times each week, subplot factor is B0 = Control, B1 = 10 t / ha bokashi fertilizer, B2 = 20 t / ha bokashi fertilizer. The observed variables were plant height (cm), number of tillers (tillers), number of productive tillers (tillers), flowering age (hst), harvest age (hst), panicle length (cm), grain weight per panicle (g), filled grain percentage (%), weight of fresh grain (g), weight of dry unhusked rice (g), weight of pithy grain (g), and weight of empty grain (g). Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the frequency of spraying wood vinegar and bokashi fertilizer with various doses gives a different response to each variable observed. The supply of wood vinegar with A1 frequency significantly influences the number of productive tillers, grain weight per panicle, weight of 1000 grains of dried grain, panicle length, weight of fresh grain, weight of dry unhusked rice, weight of puffed grain, and weight of empty grain. The application of bokashi B1 fertilizer has a significant effect on the number of productive tillers, grain weight per panicle, weight of 1000 dry unhusked grains, while bokashi B2 fertilizer application has a significant effect on panicle length, fresh grains weight, dry grinded unhusked weight, pellet weight, and empty grain weight . The interaction of the treatment of wood vinegar and bokashi A1B1 fertilizer significantly affected the number of productive tillers, grain weight per panicle, and the weight of 1000 dry grains, while the A1B2 treatment had a significant effect on panicle length, number of panicles per clump, fresh grain weight, dry grain weight , the weight of pithed grain, and the weight of empty grain.
