Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung Kepemimpinan dan Pelatihan Kinerja, dan Pengaruh tidak langsung Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Negeri 59 Palembang melalui Motivasi Kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, data yang diperoleh langsung melalui kuesioner kepada 31 responden guru di SMP Negeri 59 Palembang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa : Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru, Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru , Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru , Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru , Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dari uji mediasi ditemukan bahwa bahwa variabel Motivasi Kerja gagal atau tidak mampu menjadi variabel mediasi Pengaruh X1 (Kepemimpinan) terhadap Y (Kinerja) dan Pengaruh Pengaruh X2 (Pelatihan) terhadap Y (Kinerja).
