Abstract

ABSTRAK Santi Marcelina Napitupulu “Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kompetensi Pegawai Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Karyawan Kantor Pusat Admistrasi Universitas Sriwijaya” Pembimbing Djatmiko Noviantoro dan Sari Sakarina. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan serta menganalisa Pengaruh Langsung yaitu pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kompetensi, pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kompetensi, pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja, pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja, pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi, pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi dengan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Pusat Administrasi Universitas Sriwijaya yang berjumlah 69 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Pengujian hipotesis dengan pendekatan PLS, dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu pengujian outer model dan inner model. Uji outer model dilakukan untuk membuktikan validitas dan reliabilitas seluruh indikator pada masing-masing variabel. Uji inner model dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel sesuai hipotesis yang ditetapkan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Pemanfaatan Teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) Pemanfaatan Teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pegawai, 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pegawai, 5) Budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kompetensi, 7) Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kompetensi pegawai. Variabel kompetensi pegawai yang mempunyai kontribusi paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja. Kepuasan kompetensi pegawai juga mampu memediasi pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and prove and analyze the Direct Effects, namely the influence of the use of information technology on competence, the influence of work culture on competence, the influence of the use of information technology on performance, the influence of work culture on performance, the influence of competence on performance, the influence of the use of information technology on performance through competence, the influence of work culture on performance through competence. The sample in this study were employees of the Sriwijaya University Administrative Headquarters, totaling 69 people. Analysis of the data in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Hypothesis testing with the PLS approach was carried out in two stages, namely testing the outer model and the inner model. The outer model test was conducted to prove the validity and reliability of all indicators on each variable. The inner model test is carried out to test the influence between variables according to the previously established hypothesis. The results showed: 1) Utilization of information technology has an effect on employee performance, 2) Utilization of information technology has an effect on employee competence, 3) Competence has an affect of employee performance, 4) Work culture has an affects of employee competence, 5) Work culture does not has an effect of employee performance. , 6) Utilization of information technology has an effect employee performance through competence, 7) Work culture has an effect employee performance through employee competence. The variable of employee competence that has the most dominant contribution affects performance. Employee competency satisfaction is also able to mediate the effect of the use of information technology and work culture on employee performance.
