Abstract
ABSTRAK RINA META PUJI ASTUTI, Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja Dan Etika Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang (Di bawah bimbingan Bpk. Amrillah Azrin, SE., MM Dan Ibu Umi Hasanah, SE, MM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja Dan Etika Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 orang dari seluruh Karyawan Kantor Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda yang diolang dengan menggunakan bantuan pogram Komputer Statisticial Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja Dan Etika Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang. Dengan Signifikan F sebesar 0,000 < 0,005. Persamaan regrasi linier berganda Y = 12,692 + 0,213 X1 + 0,254 X2 + 0,389 X3+ 4,644. Terdapat Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Terdapat Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang dengan nilai signifikan 0,030< 0,05. Terdapat Pengaruh Etika Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sematang Borang Palembang dengan nilai signifikan 0,038< 0,05 Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja,Etika ABSTRACT RINA META PUJI ASTUTI, The Influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Ethics on Employee Performance at the Sematang Borang Palembang District Office (Under the guidance of Mr. Amrillah Azrin, SE., MM and Mrs. Umi Hasanah, SE, MM).
