Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan kerja fisik dan Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Perumda Tirta Betuah Cabang Kenten Laut Kabupaten Banyuasin yang beralamat di Jl. PU No.1 Rt 03 Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Kabupaten Banyuasin, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perumda Tirta Betuah Cabang Kenten Laut Kabupaten Banyuasin Dalam penelelitian ini jumlah populasi Adalah 55 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh yang dimana jika jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 orang, maka seluruh sampelnya diambil secara keseluruhan yaitu 55 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, Uji F dan Uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan dari Uji F yaitu seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen, dan hasil penelitian Uji t didapatkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda Tirta Betuah Cabang Kenten Laut Kabupaten Banyuasin.Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya jika ingin melakukan penelitian yang sama diharapkan dapat mengambil data terbaru atau melakukan penelitian dengan variabel terbaru agar penelitiannya dapat lebih akurat dan terkini. Disarankakn juga mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. This research was conducted at Perumda Tirta Betuah, Kenten Laut Branch, Banyuasin Regency, located at Jl. PU No. 1 RT 03, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency. The population in this study consisted of all employees of Perumda Tirta Betuah Kenten Laut Branch, Banyuasin Regency. The total population in this study was 55 employees. This research used a saturated sampling technique, in which if the population is less than 100 people, all members of the population are taken as the sample. Therefore, the total sample used in this study was 55 employees. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees as research respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, along with the F-test and t-test to determine the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable, both partially and simultaneously.The results of the F-test indicate that all independent variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test show that the variables of compensation and work motivation partially influence employee performance, while the physical work environment variable does not partially influence employee performance at Perumda Tirta Betuah Kenten Laut Branch, Banyuasin Regency.Suggestions for future researchers who wish to conduct similar studies are to use the latest data or include new variables so that the research results become more accurate and up-to-date. It is also recommended to consider other factors that may influence employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Physical Work Environment, and Work Motivation
