Abstract

ABSTRAK RACHEL LADINA ,”Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja ,Pengetahuan Pegawai ,Dan Peran Pemimpin Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bakso Cartel Palembang”. Dibawah Bimbingan Bapak Amrilah Azrin,S.E.,M.M dan Ibu Yun Suprani,S.E.,M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pengaruh Motivasi kerja ,dan Pengetahuan Pegawai ,dan Peran Pemimpin Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bakso Cartel Palembang. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan data primer untuk mengetahui apakah ada korelasi dan pengaruh pada variabel yang digunakan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan, peneliti menyebarkan kuisioner sebagai perantaranya. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 orang yang merupakan Pegawai Bakso Cratel Palembang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, (uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinieritas), teknik analisis data ( analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, dan analisis koefisien determinasi) serta uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Kata Kunci : Motivasi kerja ,Pengetahuan Pegawai dan Peran Pemimpin. ABSTRACT RACHEL LADINA, "The influence of work Motivation,Employee knowledge,and The Leader’s Role On Employee Performance at Bakso Cartel Palembang”. Under the guidance of Mr. Amrilah Azrin, S.E., M.M., and Ms. Yun Suprani, S.E., M.Sc. This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, employee knowledge, and the role of the leader on employee performance at Bakso Cartel Palembang. In this study, the researcher used primary data to determine the correlation and influence of the variables used on employee performance. To obtain the required data, the researcher distributed questionnaires as a means. The sample size for this study was 41 employees of Bakso Cartel Palembang. The analysis techniques used included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing (normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and multicollinearity testing), data analysis techniques (multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis), and hypothesis testing (F-test and t-test). Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee Knowledge, and Leadership Role.
