Abstract

ABSTRAK Nyayu Eddys Maharani, Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Jiron Motor Palembang. Dibimbing oleh Ibu Dr. Frecilia Nanda Melvani, SE,.MM dan Ibu Yunidar Erlina, SE, M.Si. Kajian ini bertujuan buat mengidentifikasi apakah terdapat dampak Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Jiron Motor Palembang. Riset ini mengaplikasikan metode kajian kuantitatif. Prosedur penetapan cuplikan memakai teknik sampling jenuh. Melibatkan total responden sebanyak 40 pekerja Jiron Motor Palembang. Pengujian riset ini memanfaatkan metode regresi linear berganda berbasis program SPSS Statistic edisi 26. Temuan riset ini mengindikasikan bahwasanya (1) secara serempak Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, beserta Lingkungan Kerja mendatangkan imbas positif serta bermakna atas Kinerja Karyawan Jiron Motor Palembang. (2) Disiplin Kerja secara terpisah memunculkan efek positif serta bermakna atas Kinerja Karyawan Jiron Motor Palembang. (3) Budaya Organisasi secara mandiri menghasilkan pengaruh positif serta bermakna atas Kinerja Karyawan Jiron Motor Palembang. (4) Lingkungan Kerja secara individu memberikan dampak positif serta bermakna atas Kinerja Karyawan Jiron Motor Palembang. Kajian ini menarik konklusi bahwasanya eskalasi Disiplin Kerja, pengokohan Budaya Organisasi, beserta penyempurnaan Lingkungan Kerja mampu bertransformasi sebagai taktik krusial bagi korporasi guna mendongkrak Kinerja Karyawan. Supervised by Dr. Frecilia Nanda Melvani, SE., MM and Yunidar Erlina, SE., M.Si. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Jiron Motor Palembang. This research employs a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total of 40 employees of Jiron Motor Palembang as respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Statistics version 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) simultaneously, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Jiron Motor Palembang. (2) Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Jiron Motor Palembang. (3) Organizational Culture partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Jiron Motor Palembang. (4) Work Environment partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This study concludes that improving work discipline, strengthening organizational culture, and improving the work environment can be important strategies for the company to enhance employee performance.
