Abstract

FATMA SARI "Pengaruh Kompetensi, Komunikasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT.Telekomunikasi Cabang A.Rivai Palembang” (Di Bawah Bimbingan Ibu Agustina Marzuki, SE., M.Si Dan Ibu Liliana, SE., M.Si) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi, Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT.Telekomunikasi Cabang A.Rivai Palembang. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan Kuantitatif, yaitu data yang dihitung berupa angka-angka yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi statistik SPSS 26. Adapun populasi berjumlah 37 orang dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh atau keseluruhan populasi diambil untuk penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data dengan SPSS versi 26 pada uji simultan (F) diperoleh F hitung sebesar 22.034 dan nilai signifikan (sig) sebesar 0.000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, (Ho) ditolak. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel Kompetensi, Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Telekomunkasi Cabang A.Rivai Palembang. Berdasarkan uji t atau uji parsial, Kompetensi (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan t hitung 3.409 dengan signifikan 0,002. Secara parsial Komunikasi (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan t hitung 2.562 dengan signifikan 0,015. Secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan t hitung 2.773 dengan signifikan 0,009. Kata kunci : Kompetensi, Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja. Telekomunikasi A.Rivai Branch Palembang. In writing this thesis, the author used a quantitative approach, meaning the data is calculated in numbers obtained through distributing questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 statistical application. The population consists of 37 people, and the sample used is a saturated sample, meaning the entire population was taken for the study. Based on the research data analysis using SPSS version 26, the simultaneous test (F) yielded an F value of 22.034 and a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, (Ho) is rejected. This means that the variables Competence, Communication, and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Cabang A. Rivai Palembang. Based on the t-test or partial test, Competence (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t-value of 3.409 and a significance of 0.002. Partially, Communication (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t-value of 2.562 and a significance of 0.015. Partially, Work Environment (X3) has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t-value of 2.773 and a significance of 0.009.
