Abstract

ABSTRAK Siti Hasaniah. Analisis Prosedur Pengajuan Kartu Kredit Pemerintah (KKP) Pada Satuan Kerja di BRI Region Office 04 Palembang. (Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Sahila, SE.,M.M dan Ibu Nuri Annisa Fitri,SE.,M.Si). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bagaimana Prosedur Pengajuan Kartu Kredit Pemerintah (KKP) untuk Satuan Kerja di BRI Region Office 04 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan pihak bank, serta data sekunder berupa dokumen dan arsip terkait Prosedur KKP. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan dokumetasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alur sosialisasi, prosedur serta persyaratan KKP, aktivasi KKP, perubahan data KKP di BRI Region Office 04 Palembang telah berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur operasional standar yang berlaku. Proses ini dinilai efektif dalam membantu satuan kerja melakukan transaksi non-tunai secara aman, praktis dan terkontrol sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan. (Under the guidance of Ms. Sahila, SE., M.M and Ms. Nuri Annisa Fitri, SE., M.Si). This study aims to determine the Government Credit Card (KKP) application procedure for work units at BRI Region Office 04 Palembang. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collected included primary data obtained through direct interviews with the bank, as well as secondary data in the form of documents and archives related to the KKP procedure. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews and documentation. The results indicate that the socialization process, KKP procedures and requirements, KKP activation, and KKP data changes at BRI Region Office 04 Palembang were carried out in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures. This process was deemed effective in helping work units conduct non-cash transactions safely, practically, and in a controlled manner, in accordance with the provisions of the Minister of Finance Regulation.
