Abstract

ABSTRAK Laporan Akhir ini merupakan bentuk upaya untuk mengevaluasi prosedur pemberian Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Palembang. Laporan Akhir ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Tujuan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tahapan pelaksanaan pemberian Kredit Usaha Rakyat Pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Palembang dalam, menilai dan menganalisis kesesuaian pemberian kredit yang diterapkan, serta meminalisir kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses penyaluran kredit dengan memalui beberapa proses tahapan prosedur pengajuan Kredit Usaha Rakyat PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)Tbk dengan proses pengajuan permohonan kredit oleh calon debitur, pemeriksaan kelengkapan dokumen, analisis kelayakan usaha dan kemampuan pembayaran, verifikasi data, proses persetujuan kredit, hingga pencairan dana kepada debitur. Prosedur yang diterapkan telah sesuai dengan ketentuan dan kebijakan perbankan yang berlaku serta mendukung prinsip kehati-hatian dalam penyaluran kredit. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Prosedur Pemberian Kredit, Kredit Usaha Rakyat PT.Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Palembang ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the People's Business Credit (KUR) disbursement procedures at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Palembang Branch Office. This study employed a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review. The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of the People's Business Credit (KUR) disbursement process at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Palembang Branch Office, assess and analyze the appropriateness of the credit provision applied, and minimize obstacles encountered in the credit distribution process. This process involves several stages in the People's Business Credit (KUR) application process at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, including the loan application process by prospective borrowers, document verification, business feasibility and repayment capacity analysis, data verification, loan approval, and disbursement of funds to borrowers. The procedures implemented comply with applicable banking regulations and policies and support the principle of prudence in credit distribution.
