ABSTRACT MUHAMMAD ISHMA. 2026. The Influence of Employee Knowledge, Workplace Discrimination, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Amaze Skincare Palembang. Supervised by Noviarni, S.E., M.Si. and Yun Suprani, S.E., M.Si. This study aims to determine, analyze, and verify the influence of employee knowledge, workplace discrimination, and work discipline on employee performance at Amaze Skincare Palembang, both simultaneously and partially. The study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consists of all 47 employees at Amaze Skincare Palembang. A saturated sampling technique was used, meaning the entire population served as the research sample. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, observation, and interviews. Data analysis involved validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, the coefficient of determination, the F-test, and the t-test, utilizing IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software. The results indicate that employee knowledge, workplace discrimination, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at Amaze Skincare Palembang. This is evidenced by a calculated F-value of 483.111 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.971 indicates that 97.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by employee knowledge, workplace discrimination, and work discipline, while the remaining 2.9% is influenced by variables outside the scope of this study. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.985 indicates a very strong relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Partially, employee knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 17.534 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Workplace discrimination has a significant impact on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 25.419 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), emerging as the most dominant variable with a Standardized Beta value of 0.698. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 2.034 and a significance level of 0.048 (< 0.05). Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that enhancing employee knowledge, fostering a fair and discrimination-free work environment, and improving work discipline will drive an increase in employee performance at Amaze Skincare Palembang.
