Abstract

SYAIPUL AMRI, Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Asuransi Tri Pakarta Cabang Palembang dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai Variabel Intervening. (Di bawah bimbingan Bapak Dr. Djatmiko Noviantoro, S.E, M.Si dan Ibu Hj. Agustina Marzuki, S.E, M.Si). Penelitian ini pada dasarnya bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Karakteristik Individu dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Asuransi Tri Pakarta Cabang palembang dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel Intervening. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan Kuantitatif, yaitu data yang dihitung berupa angka-angka yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran angket penelitian terhadap responden dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi statistik SPSS versi 22. Adapun populasinya berjumlah 37 orang dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh atau keseluruhan populasi diambil untuk penelitian. Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Individu, Pengalaman Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kinerja Karyawan SYAIPUL AMRI, The Effect of Individual Characteristics and Work Experience on Employee Performance at Tri Pakarta Insurance branch Palembang with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an Intervening. Agustina Marzuki, S.E, M.Sc) This study basically aims to determine The Effect of Individual Characteristics and Work Experience on Employee Performance at Tri Pakarta Insurance branch Palembang with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an Intervening. In writing this thesis the author uses the quantitative approach method, i.e. the data is calculated in the form of numbers obtained by distributing research questionnaires to respondents using path analysis techniques and regression analys using statistical application SPSS version 22. The population is 37 people and samples The sample used is saturated or the whole population is taken for research.
