Abstract
ABSTRACT Tia Wulandari, The Effect of Training, Motivation, and Compensation on Employee Work Performance at the Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pegawai PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan and Bangka Belitung, (Under the guidance of Mrs. Agustina Marzuki, SE., M.Si and Mrs. Liliana, SE, M. Si). This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of training, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at the Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pegawai PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan and Bangka Belitung. The population and sample in this study were 45 respondents. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by the author by distributing questionnaires to respondents, by conducting validity and reliability tests. While the hypothesis test is done by F test and t test. Based on the results of data processing with SPSS Ver.24 on the F test, it was found that the calculated F was (38.454 > 2.83). It is known that training, motivation, and compensation together have a positive and significant impact on employee work performance at the Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pegawai PT. Regional Development Bank of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung. Based on the t test or partial test, training (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance at the Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pegawai PT. Regional Development Bank of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung with a t count of 4.454 with a significance of 0.001. Partially, motivation (X2) has a significant effect on work performance with a t count of 3.377 with a significance of 0.013. Partially compensation (X3) has a significant effect on work performance with a t count of 2.571 with a significance of 0.021. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Compensation, Work Performance.
