Abstract
ABSTRAK PINGKA ARIYANTI, Pengaruh Etos Kerja, Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Koperasi Unit Desa Kecamatan Mesuji (Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Yunidar Erlina, SE.M.Si dan Ibu Umi Hasanah, SE,MM) Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh signifikan Etos Kerja, Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Koperasi Unit Desa Kecamatan Mesuji. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data skunder. Adapun data primer diperoleh penulis dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden, dengan melakukan uii validitas dan uji reabilitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan Uji t dan Uji F. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Etos Kerja, Motivasi dan Kompensasi baik secara simultan dan persial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Koperasi Unit Desa Kecamatan Mesuji. Kata kunci: Etos Kerja, Motivasi, Kompensasi dan Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT PINGKA ARIYANTI, The Influence if Work Ethic, Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance in Mesuji District Village Unit Cooperative (Under the guidance of Mrs. Yunidar Erlina, SE.M.Si and Mrs. Umi Hasanah, SE, MM) This research aims to find out whether there is a significant effect of work ethic, motivation and compensation on employee performance in the Mesuji District Village Cooperative Unit. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 44 respondents with a saturated sampling technique. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by the author by distributing questionnaires to respondents, by conducting UII validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test and F-test. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the work ethic, motivation and compensation both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Mesuji District Village Unit Cooperative.
