Abstract

ABSTRAK Dina Juliyanti Npm : 1801110532 Pengaruh Pengembangan Karier, Insentif Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Pln (Persero) Up2d Sumatera Selatan, Jambi Dan Bengkulu. Dengan Pembimbing 1 Bapak Ulil Amri,S.E,M.Si dan Pembimbing II Ibu Umi Hasanah,S.E,M.M. Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tridinanti Palembang Tahun Akademik 2021/2022 Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya Pengaruh Pengembangan Karier, Insentif Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Pln (Persero) Up2d Sumatera Selatan, Jambi Dan Bengkulu. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada 30 Responden. Data tersebut diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil Uji R diperoleh angka R sebesar 0,698 dengan nilai interval koefisien yaitu 0,500 – 0,75 (Kuat). Dari ketiga variabel bebas terdapat adanya korelasi sedang positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan artinya apabila variabel independen Pengembangan Karier (X1), Insentif (X2) dan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X3) meningkat maka akan meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan, begitupun pula sebaliknya, apabila variabel independen menurun maka Kinerja Karyawan juga akan menurun. , koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 0,487 hasil menunjukkan bahwa 48,7% variabel Kinerja Karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variable Pengembangan Karier, Insentif dan Gaya Kepemimpinan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,3 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar yang diteliti seperti: komitmen organisasi,kedisiplinan, budaya dan lain-lain. Sementara pada Uji F, F hitung variabel Pengembangan Karier, Insentif dan Gaya Kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai Sig F sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05) artinya ada pengaruh Pengembangan Karier, Insentif dan Gaya Kepemimpinan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UP2D S2JB. Faculty of Economics, Tridinanti University, Palembang, Academic Year 2021/2022 The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of career development, incentives and leadership style on employee performance at Pt. Pln (Persero) Up2d South Sumatra, Jambi and Bengkulu. Data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents. The data is processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the R test obtained an R number of 0.698 with a coefficient interval value of 0.500 – 0.75 (Strong). Of the three independent variables, there is a moderate positive correlation on Employee Performance, meaning that if the independent variables of Career Development (X1), Incentives (X2) and Leadership Style (X3) increase, it will increase Employee Performance, and vice versa, if the independent variable decreases, Employee Performance will also decrease. , the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.487. The results show that 48.7% of the Employee Performance variable is influenced by the variables of Career Development, Incentives and Leadership Style. While the remaining 51.3% is influenced by other factors outside the research, such as: organizational commitment, discipline, culture and others. While in the F test, F calculate the variables of Career Development, Incentives and Leadership Style have a significant influence simultaneously on the Employee Performance variable with a Sig F value of 0.000 < (0.05) meaning that there is an effect of Career Development, Incentives and Leadership Style simultaneously on Employee Performance of PT.
