Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini pada dasarnya bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja, Dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai ASN Di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Pemprov Sumsel. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data secara primer, yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner. penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan aplikasi statistik SPSS versi 22. Adapun populasinya berjumlah 65 responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan etos kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Pemprov Sumsel, dengan nilai sig F 0,000 < 0,05 dengan persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 10,893 + 0,215X1 + 0,314X2 + 0,459X3, terdapat pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Pemprov Sumsel dengan nilai sig 0,002 < 0,05, terdapat pengaruh beban kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Pemprov Sumsel dengan nilai sig 0,036 < 0,05, terdapat pengaruh etos kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Pemprov Sumsel, dengan nilai dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja, Etos Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja ABSTRACT This study basically aims to determine the influence of leadership style, workload, and work ethic on the work productivity of ASN employees in the South Sumatra Provincial Government's One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP). In writing this thesis the writer uses primary data collection techniques, which are obtained by distributing questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and uses the statistical application SPSS version 22. The population is 65 respondents. . The results of the study showed that there was an influence of leadership style, workload and work ethic on work productivity of employees of the Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) of the South Sumatra Provincial Government, with a sig F value of 0.000 <0.05 with a multiple linear regression equation Y = 10.893 + 0.215X1 + 0.314X2 + 0.459X3, there is a variable influence of leadership style on the work productivity of the employees of the Investment and One-Stop Services Office (DPMPTSP) of the South Sumatra Provincial Government with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05, there is an effect of workload on the work productivity of the Plantation Office employees Capital and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of the South Sumatra Provincial Government with a sig value of 0.036 <0.05, there is an influence of work ethic on work productivity of employees of the South Sumatra Provincial Government's One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP), with a sig value of 0.000 <0 ,05.
