Abstract

ABSTRAK ADE SYAHPUTRA, Pengaruh Perilaku Kerja, Kompetensi, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry Palembang. (Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Baidowi Abdhie,SE.,M.P dan Ibu Yun Suprani SE.,M.Si) Kinerja Karyawan dipengaruhi oleh banyak factor, diantara berbagai banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor perilaku kerja, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry Palembang. Dalam kasus ini Perilaku kerja, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik belum dapat memberikan kinerja yang bagus. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh faktor-faktor perilaku kerja, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry Palembang secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kerja, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi pada PT. Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry Palembang sebanyak 40. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner (angket) dan wawancara (interview). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif secara simultan dan secara parsial variabel perilaku kerja, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry Palembang. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Kerja, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja. Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry Palembang. In this case, good work behavior, competence and work environment cannot provide good performance. The problem studied in this research is the influence of work behavior factors, competence and work environment on employee performance at PT. Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry Palembang partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work behavior, competence and work environment on employee performance at PT. Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry Palembang. The population in this study were production employees at PT. There were 40 Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry Palembang. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The conclusion of this research is that there is a simultaneous and partial positive influence of work behavior, competency and work environment variables on employee performance at PT.
