Abstract

ABSTRAK ANISA OKTAVIONA, Pengaruh Kompetensi, Komunikasi, dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Yuki Prima Anugrah Palembang. (Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Bapak Prof. Dr. H. Sulbahri Madjir, SE, MM dan Ibu Dian Septianti, SE, MM) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh kompetensi, komunikasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Yuki Prima Anugrah Palembang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Sampel jenuh yaitu keseluruhan anggota populasi dijadikan sampel.. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian diperoleh bahwa persamaan regresi linear beganda Y = 10,944 +0,262 X1 + 0,209 X2 + 0,280 X3 + e, dan didapatkan hasil determinasi sebesar 0,753, Hasil Penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Kompetensi (X1), Komunikasi (X2), dan Pengalaman Kerja (X3), terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kompetensi (X1), Variabel Komunikasi (X2) dan Variabel Pengalaman Kerja (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Yuki Prima Anugrah Palembang. (Under the guidance of Mr. Prof. Dr. H. Sulbahri Madjir, SE, MM and Mrs. Dian Septianti, SE, MM) This research aims to determine the influence of competence, communication and work experience on the performance of PT employees. Yuki Prima Anugrah Palembang. Determination of the sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique. A saturated sample means that all members of the population are sampled. The type of data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The research results show that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 10.944 +0.262 X1 + 0.209 X2 + 0.280 X3 + e, and obtained a determination result of 0.753. Research results based on the F test results show that simultaneously there is a significant influence of Competency (X1), Communication (X2), and Work Experience (X3), on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the Competency Variable (X1), Communication Variable (X2) and Work Experience Variable (X3) partially have a significant effect on employee performance (Y).
