Abstract
ABSTRACT R.M Afrila Bahtera Yudha, The Influence of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT. Budi Sentosa Agropolitan Employees (Under the guidance of Mr. Kartawinata SE, M.P and Mr. Muhammad Ridwan, SE, MM) PT. Budi Sentosa Agropolitan is a company operating in the plantation sector, currently the main commodity is cassava. This company has quite a lot of duties and plays a role regarding cassava plantations. The phenomenon that occurs at PT. Budi Sentosa Agropolitan is the lack of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) from employees. There are employees who still ignore the regulations that have been set. This happens because employees each have many tasks while the number of employees is felt to be disproportionate to the tasks that must be done. The aim is to determine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT employees. Budi Sentosa Agropolitan. The sample in this study was 100 employees of PT. Budi Sentosa Agropolitan The results of this research show that simultaneous hypothesis testing (F Test) shows that the variables of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment jointly influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT employees. Budi Sentosa Agropolitan. The results of the partial test (t test) also show that organizational culture variables influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT employees. Budi Sentosa Agropolitan, job satisfaction variables influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT employees. Budi Sentosa Agropolitan and organizational commitment variables do not influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT employees. Budi Sentosa Agropolitan. PT. Budi Sentosa Agropolitan must pay more attention to employee organizational commitment and should evaluate and avoid factors that could hinder the Organizational Citizenship Behavior process of PT employees.
